Hi guys, I have recently used the customer service.
It took us many emails but we could finally find out the solution.
I wanted to post a comment about your great service and thank you but there is no way to do it, if I click the "post a testimonial" I cant do it.
By the way, there were some issues to login elegant every time I receive a reply. Actually I had to click the link 3 times before elegant page recognize me as a valid user.
