I am a new user to elegant themes, not so new to WP. Yet, everytime I have used WP with some type of template or theme, I have found it to be a bit neanderthal. Could be just myself but...
I have found that elegant themes has changed this. I have been able to build my website, pretty effortlessly, with a lot of flair and good looks.
Also, the 1st time I needed support Ravindra was right there for myself. I botched the question initially and this gentleman was very kind to give myself a speedy reply and mention he needed a bit more info.
His second reply was equally as quick and contained the answer to my problem. Both times this gentleman's customer service skills were excellent, and he made myself feel "like a customer" eventhought I am a newbie to this product and the Divi theme.
Quite happy with this service, for a change when it comes to wp and themes.
