I installed Wamp64 to host divi for development and testing. php.ini directives would not allow the Divi upload due to a max_filesize limit. I know nothing about php so I needed help. Got the answer quickly on the first try and I am up and running. This was a huge help to me.
I tried resetting the max_filesize limits in all the php.ini files I could find. But I got the same error. I went ahead and unzipped the theme and installed it in the themes directory. Comes up in wordpress and I activated it. So far so good. Many thanks for helping me on this.
