I have never been satisfied with a service more than Elegant themes support team. very quick, very efficient, and overall, it's human friendly.. the custom CSS field makes the support much easier.
One thing, is that sometimes I don't receive the replies on my e-mail, and now, I check them on the elegant themes platform to make sure i'm not missing anything.
Thanks again people, and keep up the good work...
I don't miss a single occasion to recommand elegant themes to everyone willing to go for premium themes !
