Okay so here is the score. I haven't read any other reviews so I can just write mine off the top!
I joined ET almost a year ago because they had One theme that I liked and I was willing to pay for. Two days later I had replaced every single Wordpress theme I had (I run around 15 personal sites about random, specific, things) with a template from Elegant Themes.
The templates provided here are 100% professional, 100% Up To Date (with latest releases of WP all templates are updated), 100% nice to look at, 100% everything I need and most of all 100% editable (nothing worse than downloading a template with a one line encoded footer!), the staff and help provided through these support forums is second to none from a "Template Site".
I have only succesfully been able to send one person here with My affiliate code. However, I'll diffinatly be purchasing another 12 months when mine runs out.
