Ya'll. I'm not a web designer. What takes me 1 hour would take a pro 10 minutes. I know what I want for my site, though, and anytime I have issues with my theme, I post, and usually within an hour, support has responded. I know now that I want to purchase elegant themes always..the support is amazing! And even though I could probably search for hours in the forum to find my answer, they never bat an eye when I ask them a question they've already answered hundreds of times.
