Seriously, everyone on the support team is awesome. I consistently get fast support that goes above and beyond what I expect.
The Divi theme is the only ET theme I've used from the offerings, its very versatile and well built. The Monarch plugin is also great, it rivals anything else out there, including similar plugins that have been around for years.
