On Saturday morning (24th January 2015) I experienced a problem with a display issue of a header-slider and sent in my support request at 08:44 South African time. Thirteen minutes later a got a response with a suggested solution.
After implementing, a new problem reared it's ugly head and I sent a follow-up request for further assistance, using the same ticket - that was at 09:37. The reply came 22 minutes later with a perfect solution.
If this is not excellent support, then I don't know what is.
A HUGE thank you specifically to Sekhar Bhal who was the person behind the solutions.
Nick, not only do you have great products, but GREAT after sales service. It is highly, highly appreciated.
