I would like to say that I have been more than happy with the value of the membership at Elegant Themes!
The main reason I joined was becauase I really was very impressed with the coding and looks of some of the themes. the coding is really well layed out and easy for me to understand. Although I do have some knowledge of php, css and XHTML, I feel the code is very well written and organized. The graphics on the themes are also top quality and really enhance the structure and quality of the theme which still brings focus to the content.
I joined a couple of weeks before the Members support forum was active at Elegant Themes. After the Members forum was active, I waited a bit. I played with various themes and did not have many questions. In the meantime, I saw how Nick would respond to questions in the forum. He is polite, very well spoken, and kind to go through and answer all the questions he can. Naturally the support questions will be answered before the Customization ones, but that is to be expected. But even then, Nick will do his best to go back and answer ALL questions in a polite and knowledgeable way (even if the same answer is asked over and over, he still is extremely patient and is always willing to help). It may take him a but longer on some problems more than others.. but once again, that is exepcted. Answers are not always easy to give.. but I will say he makes them seam easy! I also like the fact that if for whatever reason Nick does not know the answer (Rare) he will tell you so, but he will point you in the correct direction.
As for the designs created by Nick at Elegant Themes, they are really knock out! There is a little something for everyone. I have a couple of un-common sites and I found just the right theme for them at Elegant Themes after searching and searching for weeks for themes, and even trying ones of my own.
I couldn't have created mine without Nick, so kudos and more to him! Professional High-class themes, Professional Support, at a great price that leaves me glad I chose my themes from Elegant Themes!
