I have used ET for over 4 yrs now and I have always been impressed with their support. I also appreciate the search button in the forum it usually saves me time and I find my answers quickly.
I am even more pleased with the recent developments in themes and the features they have. I am confident when I build a site that I will always have a life line out here. I would never buy from ThemeForest (not a clue if the developer will be there tomorrow) again.
I am loving the facebook posts and blog posts as well. Awesome freebies that I am using now all the time.
