I want to thank Slava and anyone else from the Elegant team who gave support for all the help with getting Vertex working on iPhones/iPads.
It was a long and windy road but I'm so happy that I don't have to change the theme and start again. Vertex is exactly what I needed and now that it works so beautifully on all devices, I am absolutely thrilled.
