I've been working with ElegantThemes for about 5 months now. I have stopped using any other themes. My results are always great looking with minimal hassle. The support forum always seems to quickly solve anything I've run into and made me a better coder.
I've learned to carefully read the docs for each theme because each of them has a personality of its own. The feature set of each typically runs quite a bit deeper than I first assume when I install the theme and I've been able to add great features as I've read the instructions.
Keep up the great work & I'll continue to be an advocate and promoter.
One suggestion: Because your themes make it so easy to look like I know what I'm doing, I have had the urge to keep your company a personal secret - something I may not be alone in feeling.
For your own health as a company, I'd strong encourage a referral promotion of some sort to try to overcome this. Otherwise, the better your themes, the less likely your users will be to reveal that they come from ElegantThemes.
