I am extremely pleased with the Minimal theme. I debated about doing a theme myself (SLOW!) or spending time seeking out the best.
I'm glad I chose the latter option! Elegant Themes is simply the best! I made a few modifications to accomodate other custom code of mine. Your inline documentation and these support forums made that a simple task!
I also teach web application development at a local technical college. I showed my students your code as a great example of developer documentation.
