I am so pleased with my tech support
Being new to
Divi, I had to learn about the plugin for support (to reinstall it when there is a new case) and to give details to the technician as well as printscreens.
My problem was I had set my content heads with a global setting so you can imagine the craziness I was having. Everytime I changed a head, all the heads changed to the same thing. I was really ready to ''turn myself in'' so I contacted support.
What Marius saw was the fact that my heads were not set with the same margins. So some were higher and lower than others. So first Marius solved that problem for me, which was great, because I was able to see where to make the adjustment to my liking.
Marius would insert .png printscreens into our communication that i could not read, but then I was private messaged to simply save them to the desktop and i opened and enlarged them in photoshop.
