I have been using Elegant Themes -- mostly Divi -- for a few years now and occasionally something goes wrong, or fails to work right. Even though these problems have almost always been the result of something amiss on my end, Elegant Themes' support team has always come through with a solution. Most recently the support hero was Andrei Nahaev, just one of many whose names I cannot pronounce but who are capable in English, provide patient and useful feedback, and see the problem through until it is resolved. This kind of support is worth far more than the cost a lifetime membership (or whatever Nick calls it). Divi and the other Elegant themes I have used have been an excellent investment.
