I can't say enough about the support forum. Fast response after I spent (Too Long!) trying to figure out something that ended up not being a theme issue or support issue - but I'll say it - it was a stupid user error (me). Not only was support great, but they also were very kind and didn't belabor the fact I had caused the issue. I will highly recommend using an elegant themes product!
