I have read many answers in the forum about this problem and I have tried many css code but none works for me.

have you tried this. Just paste it in additional css panel

@media screen and (max-width: 480px) {
#main-header .logo {
width:220px!important;
height:33px!important;
}
}

change the height and width with your required logo dimensions.
