Things weren't working right (totally my fault), and I was stuck. I put in a support ticket, not expecting to hear back for a day or two... if ever.
To my surprise, I was replied to within minutes by Zain, who tested everything until he zeroed in on the cause and the quick fix.
The support plugin capability is awesome, as he could go right in and diagnose the problem.
Rarely does this type of attentive service happen anymore. I really appreciate it!
